THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF NEONLAK ARE A CERTAIN SET OF GUIDELINES FOR LIFE AT OUR COMPANY

(they’re only ten words, you can think about them if you want, … it is practical advice and likely holds forever, it definitely has a broader application…)

The meaning and purpose is to equip all NEONLAK team members with a set of basic competencies at a level that is reachable for them, and in so doing to prepare them for their further self-improvement and placement not only in NEONLAK, but also their life as a whole. It is a long, complicated complex, that has its root in what a new colleague brings with him into the company from their life. It continues during the course of adaptation, company education and their incorporation into the working TEAM and gradually forms later in life.

Basic competencies (the NEONLAK commandments) do not exist next to each other separately, they blend and intertwine, they are multipurpose, they have a position-spanning form and they can only be acquired as result of the general process of self-development and life-long learning.

Being competent to work at NEONLAK depends precisely on these basic competencies (being able and motivated to use one’s skill)
