Technologist – automated painting line(V/RPV/114)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Employee at this workplace:

• plans the production of an automated lacquer line
• sets parameters of automated lacquer line - SW SCADA, RobView, Robotstudio
• provides technological preparation, technological changes in production methods and specifies quantity and type of materials
• designs specification of hanging machinery and takes part in its realisation
• secures product release – calibration, brushtest, scorch test etc.
• determines, tests and designs new technological processes
• takes part in design and development of new functions
• is responsible for quality assurance and performs technical tests
• performs catalogisation of changes, machine designation
• implements new technological methods
• creates documentation
• declares technical requirements of production
• after consultation with Production Manager, secures orders of spare parts and repair jobs
• diagnoses malfunctions, their localisation and root cause identification
• rectifies technological malfunction of production on his own or in cooperation with supplier
• suggests opportunities for system improvement, automation methods in regards to resources
• updates information and collects system records
• keeps troubleshooting records using lessons learned, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY
• trains new and current production workers and maintains their eligibility
• informs direct superior of reasons for stoppage
• maintains the function of colour preparation (directs the colour preparer)
• implements, tests and optimalises created programmes
