A glimpse into history

At the beginning stood the craftsmanship of a painter (literally a painter in body and soul) and the wish to have the best paint on as many cars as possible. Today in his place stands a technologically proficient firm focused on painting surface treatment and adjacent services.

The NEONLAK company (under its original name NEON-LAK) originated in Mladá Boleslav in 1996. The focus of the company was built on the profession of one of the company's founders, Mr Petr Šindelka, who at that time already had superior experience in the area of industrial painting, as well as his own idea how to improve and perfect this service in the automotive industry. In conjunction with the business and economical experience of his wife, Mrs Drahomíra Šindelková, their family business was able to operate as an industrial paint shop.

The company has maintained its character of a family business, in which, along with their employees, worked both owners, later joined by a new generation. Owing to their combined efforts, they managed to successfully develop the business and drive it firmly among top automotive suppliers. The management of both the company and its development has been taken over by the owners' son, Mr Vít Šindelka. Under his management, the brand underwent a redesign and the company has begun to expand into a modern company, which deftly blends tradition, innovation and flexible approach and is a major partner in industrial painting that its clients can always 100% rely on.
