The project's objective is the installation of a photovoltaic energy plant with the output of 46,7kWp.

The project's goal is an energy costs reduction in connection with increasing energetic demands and the simultaneous carbon footprint reduction, to which NEONLAK spol. s r.o. agreed as part of integrated politics.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project's objective is the innovation of the production process with direct impact on product innovation. More exactly, the subject matter is the implementation of a new surface treatment application process (primary innovation) with direct impact on product parameters – surface treatment (secondary innovation).
The processing innovation consists mainly of a new surface treatment application production process. The above is newly built on the automated scorching of input components, their special cleaning using CO₂ and the use of the surface tension increasing function to the required 38mN/m for a better application and adhesion of the protective surface layer. Simultaneously, this process as a whole is robotised wholesale (direct ties to Industry 4.0). It enables the continuous regulation of all production steps and so ensures the maximal stability of the whole process with positive impact on the parameters of the new product.
The new product (secondary innovation) is a new surface treatment of exterior and interior parts meeting the most demanding requirements from automotive customers. The surface treatment has much better parameters than what the company can secure without this innovation.
It is the result of own research and development in collaboration with partners. A new solution has been developed by the company's employees and it builds on the results of prolonged collaboration with the Technical University in Liberec, Department of Chemistry of FP TUL. Furthermore, it uses the results of a potential technical solution supplier and their own development centre – Galatek a.s.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project's objective is a wholesale digital integration which will include the purchase and implementation of an information system as well as an upgrade of hardware and software at NEONLAK.
The project solves the issue of antiquated, obsolete processes in the company and also the need for a sustained increase in competitivity.
PROJECT GOAL:
The project's goal is the general digital transformation and a production line modernisation at NEONLAK by purchasing a new information system and its integration with current equipment. The system will integrate all production activities, chief among which are the automation and effectivity increase of applicant's production processes. New hardware and software will also be purchased.
