Sandblasting

We are expanding our services to include sandblasting using the Normfinish DP22 device.

Based on feedback from our clients, we are preparing a new innovative service focused on blasting product surface treatment at NEONLAK using modern blasting technologies.

Metal sandblasting is a technique used for cleaning, treatment and the preparation of metal components for further processing, such as coating or metallisation. This process involves the blasting of a metal surface with an abrasive material, which helps remove rust, old coating and other impurities.

We offer our clients the pressure blasting method with the use of Normfinish DP22 made by Leering Hengelo. This machine ensures high quality and the observance of all relevant legislation. All components are assembled into one compact whole, which eliminates the need for separate components.

The Normfinish DP22 blasting chamber is equipped with a direct pressure system which ensures a high blasting efficiency and quality. It has a compact build and is designed in order to provide a clear, uninterrupted view thanks to optimal air circulation.
